Any content you create or share at events or on BSB platforms—including photos, videos, testimonials, or public comments—may be used by Box State Bash for marketing, advertising, branding, and event archives.

By submitting content, you grant BSB a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, publish, modify, or distribute such content.

4. Intellectual Property

All BSB materials—logos, video, photography, designs, branding, website content, BSB Coin branding, event names—are the exclusive property of Box State Bash™.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. BSB Coin (Crypto) Terms

Box State Bash offers BSB Coin, a blockchain-based digital token used for:

  • Exclusive access

  • Event perks

  • Rewards

  • Token-gated content

  • VIP upgrades

5.1 Not an Investment

BSB Coin:

  • Is not a security

  • Is not intended for speculation

  • Has no guaranteed financial value

  • Is not promised to appreciate

5.2 Eligibility

Users must be 18+ to purchase, trade, or use BSB Coin.
Youth under 18 may only receive BSB Coin for non-financial rewards, where legally permitted.

5.3 Wallet + Security

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining wallet access

  • Safeguarding private keys

  • Understanding blockchain risks

BSB is not responsible for:

  • Lost wallets

  • Stolen coins

  • Hacked accounts

  • Third-party exchange failures

5.4 Refunds
