Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Policy All consultations are complimentary and designed to understand your event vision, goals, and needs before moving forward with booking. 2. Booking Confirmation An event is officially booked only after a signed agreement is received and payment terms are finalized. Dates cannot be held without confirmation. 3. Minimum Notice Events must be booked at least four weeks prior to the event date to ensure proper planning and coordination. 4. Change Policy Any changes to your event details (date, venue, scope, or services) must be submitted in writing at least 10 business days before the event. 5. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made in writing. Any expenses incurred on your behalf prior to cancellation will be billed accordingly. 6. Vendor & Venue Coordination Box State Bash coordinates directly with approved vendors and venues only. Outside vendors must meet our quality and compliance standards. 7. Creative Control For all branded or styled events, Box State Bash maintains final approval on event design and production elements to ensure brand consistency and experience quality. 8. Communication Policy Clients must provide a main point of contact available throughout the planning and event execution phases to ensure smooth communication.
